The studio

Product studio since 2025Stackwise OÜ (Estonia)

About.

larch is a small product studio that designs, builds and ships MVPs, mobile apps, web platforms and AI tools for startups and growing companies in Europe and the US. No corporate theater. Just results.

Two people working at desks by a window, one writing code and one checking an app design on a phone, while a colleague walks past with a mug.

S.01

Why we exist

Most product teams spend months talking, planning and second-guessing. We spend that time building.

A client workshop: one person explains a user flow on a whiteboard full of sticky notes while three people listen at a table.

S.02

Small on purpose

Small on purpose.

A small senior team: the people who design your product also build, ship and maintain it. One team, end to end, no handoffs.

Three people at a wooden table reviewing an app: one taps through it on a phone while another points at app screens on a laptop.

S.03

Our own products

We ship our own products.

Hiki, seo-mcp, Bridddge and Scout: three live and one in private use. Building our own keeps us honest about what it takes.

01 / Principles

How we roll.

larch · since 2025 · Product mavericks

Five principles behind every product we ship.

  1. P.01

    No proofs of concept

We don’t do proofs of concept. We build the real thing from day one.

  2. P.02

    No handoffs

Full-stack delivery from design to deployment. No handoffs, no finger-pointing.

  3. P.03

    The bar

Every product we build, we’d use ourselves. That’s the bar.

  4. P.04

    Bias for shipping

Modern tech stack, battle-tested processes and a bias for shipping over discussing.

  5. P.05

    Open source

We open-source tools others can build on: seo-mcp is free and MIT-licensed.

03 / FAQ

Good to know.

What people ask us before the first call.

Where is larch based?

larch is a trading name of Stackwise OÜ, a company in Estonia. We work with startups and growing companies in Europe and the US.

How big is the team?

A small senior team. The people who design your product also build, ship and maintain it: one team, end to end.

Who will I work with?

The people who build your product. There are no handoffs between a sales team, designers and developers, so nothing gets lost between them.

What do you build?

MVPs, mobile apps, web platforms and AI tools, from the first idea to a product in production.

Do you build your own products?

Yes. Hiki, seo-mcp, Bridddge and Scout: three are live and one is in private use. seo-mcp is open source under the MIT licence.

How does a project start?

With a 30-minute call. Bring the idea; we’ll tell you how we’d build it and what it takes. Book a slot in Calendly or write to nicholas@larch.ee.
