larch is a small product studio that designs, builds and ships MVPs, mobile apps, web platforms and AI tools for startups and growing companies in Europe and the US. No corporate theater. Just results.

## Principles

How we roll. Five principles behind every product we ship.

1. **No proofs of concept**: We don’t do proofs of concept. We build the real thing from day one.
2. **No handoffs**: Full-stack delivery from design to deployment. No handoffs, no finger-pointing.
3. **The bar**: Every product we build, we’d use ourselves. That’s the bar.
4. **Bias for shipping**: Modern tech stack, battle-tested processes and a bias for shipping over discussing.
5. **Open source**: We open-source tools others can build on: seo-mcp is free and MIT-licensed.
