larch offers four services for startups and growing companies in Europe and the US: mobile apps, web platforms, AI and automation, and product design. One team does all four.

02 / How an engagement runs

From brief to live.

We don’t do proofs of concept. We build the real thing from day one, with you in the loop.

  1. Step 01

    Days

    Discover

A short, focused discovery. We define the problem and the first release. Days, not months.

  2. Step 02

    Iterative

    Build

Design and engineering together. Working software from the start, with you in the loop.

  3. Step 03

    Release

    Launch

Deploy, test and release. The real product, in the hands of the people who need it.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing

    Scale

Scale what works. Maintain, measure and improve as your product and team grow.

03 / FAQ

Before you book.

Anything else, ask us on the call. It takes 30 minutes and you leave with a clear next step.

How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call. Bring the idea; we’ll tell you how we’d build it and what it takes. Book a slot in Calendly or write to hello@larch.ee.

How soon can you start building?

Discovery is measured in days, not months. After that we build the real product from day one. We don’t do proofs of concept.

Who does the work?

One team, from design to deployment. The people who design your product also build, launch and maintain it. No handoffs, no finger-pointing.

Which stacks do you work in?

Mobile: Swift, Kotlin, React Native and Flutter. Web: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI and PostgreSQL. AI: agents, MCP servers, LLM pipelines and n8n. We pick the right tool for the job, not the trendiest one.

What happens after launch?

Scale is step four. We maintain, measure and improve what we shipped as your product and team grow. We deploy, monitor and scale, not just build.

Is your work open source?

seo-mcp, our SEO audit server for AI editors, is free and open source under the MIT licence. Our other products are closed source.

04 / Start

Got a product in mind? Let’s ship it.
