AI and automation

We build AI agents, MCP servers and automated pipelines for founders and product teams, wired into the tools your team already works in. One team designs, builds and runs them in production, not just in demos.

01 / What you get

In production, not in demos.

What every AI and automation project we take on comes with, each shown in a product we shipped.

Seen in Scout

AI agents that work in production, not just demos

Scout’s agent runs the B2B sales pipeline on its own: discovery, enrichment, qualification and outreach drafts, with live updates while it runs.

Seen in seo-mcp · Bridddge

MCP servers, LLM orchestration and multi-API pipelines

seo-mcp brings 28 SEO audit rules into Claude and Cursor through MCP. Bridddge’s built-in MCP server lets Claude Code search prospects, write outreach and manage campaigns.

Scraping, data enrichment and automated daily workflows

Scout finds decision-makers with Playwright and scores every lead against your ideal customer profile. Bridddge runs drip campaigns and scheduled posts with human-like delays.

Open source / 2026

seo-mcp

We built a free, open-source MCP server that audits SEO inside AI editors: 28 rules and a full site crawl on worker threads, with no API keys.

AI agent / B2B sales / 2025

Scout

We built the Next.js app and its agent pipeline: discovery, enrichment, qualification and outreach drafts, with live updates while the agent runs.

04 / How an engagement runs

From brief to live.

We don’t do proofs of concept. We build the real thing from day one, with you in the loop.

  1. Step 01

    Days

    Discover

A short, focused discovery. We define the problem and the first release. Days, not months.

  2. Step 02

    Iterative

    Build

Design and engineering together. Working software from the start, with you in the loop.

  3. Step 03

    Release

    Launch

Deploy, test and release. The real product, in the hands of the people who need it.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing

    Scale

Scale what works. Maintain, measure and improve as your product and team grow.

05 / FAQ

Before you book.

Anything else, ask us on the call. It takes 30 minutes and you leave with a clear next step.

What kind of AI products do you build?

AI agents, MCP servers and automated pipelines that work in production, not just demos. Scout, our AI agent for the B2B sales pipeline, is one: it finds companies, qualifies leads and drafts outreach on its own.

What is an MCP server, and have you built one?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI editors such as Claude Code and Cursor use outside tools. We built two: seo-mcp, a free and open-source server for SEO audits, and the server inside Bridddge that gives Claude Code access to LinkedIn.

Which AI models do you work with?

Our products use Claude. Scout reaches Claude and GPT models through one gateway, so the AI provider can be switched.

Can it work inside the tools we already use?

That’s the point: useful intelligence, wired into the tools your team already works in. seo-mcp, for example, runs inside Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor.

How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call. Bring the idea; we’ll tell you how we’d build it and what it takes. Book a slot in Calendly or write to hello@larch.ee.
