We build web platforms for founders and product teams: SaaS platforms, real-time dashboards and multilingual apps. One team owns the entire stack, from front end to database, and keeps it deployed, monitored and scaled, not just built.

## What you get

Built, shipped, kept running. What every web platform we take on comes with, each shown in a product we shipped.

- **SaaS platforms, real-time dashboards and multilingual apps** (Seen in Hiki · Scout): Hiki is a multilingual, filterable catalog that aggregates several bookstores. Scout shows its pipeline live while the agent works.
- **The entire stack, from front end to database** (Seen in Hiki): On Hiki we built both services: a Next.js front end, and a FastAPI back end with async MongoDB that scrapes, enriches and serves the catalog.
- **Deployed, monitored and scaled, not just built** (Seen in Hiki): Both Hiki services run on Google Cloud Run. Cloud Build deploys every push to main, and Cloud Scheduler runs the daily scrapes.

## Technologies used

The stack behind it. Each of these is in a web platform we shipped. Each technology page shows what we built with it.

## Built in this category

Shipped with it. Our own web products, built by the same team that would build yours.

- [Hiki](https://larch.ee/work/hiki/) (Web platform / 2025 / hiki.world): We built both services: a Next.js front end, and a FastAPI back end that scrapes, enriches and serves a multilingual catalog of several bookstores. Live product: https://hiki.world
- [Scout](https://larch.ee/work/scout/) (Web app / AI agent / 2025): We built the Next.js app and its agent pipeline: discovery, enrichment, qualification and outreach drafts, with live updates while the agent runs.

## How an engagement runs

From brief to live. We don’t do proofs of concept. We build the real thing from day one, with you in the loop.

1. **Discover** (Days): A short, focused discovery. We define the problem and the first release. Days, not months.
2. **Build** (Iterative): Design and engineering together. Working software from the start, with you in the loop.
3. **Launch** (Release): Deploy, test and release. The real product, in the hands of the people who need it.
4. **Scale** (Ongoing): Scale what works. Maintain, measure and improve as your product and team grow.

## FAQ

Before you book. Anything else, ask us on the call. It takes 30 minutes and you leave with a clear next step.

### What kind of web platforms do you build?

SaaS platforms, real-time dashboards and multilingual apps. Hiki, our manga discovery and price tracker, is one: a fast, filterable catalog that aggregates several bookstores.

### Which technologies do you use?

Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end; Python with FastAPI, or Node.js, on the back end; MongoDB, PostgreSQL or SQLite for data. We pick the right tool for the job, not the trendiest one.

### Do you handle hosting and deployment?

Yes. We deploy, monitor and scale, not just build. Hiki’s front end and back end both run on Google Cloud Run, and Cloud Build deploys every push to main.

### Do you build multilingual platforms?

Yes. Hiki’s whole interface, including genre names and tag translations, works in several languages, built with next-intl and locale-aware routing.

### How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call. Bring the idea; we’ll tell you how we’d build it and what it takes. Book a slot in Calendly or write to hello@larch.ee.

### How soon can you start building?

Discovery is measured in days, not months. After that we build the real product from day one. We don’t do proofs of concept.
